Sierra Rear Hub Bearings

Where's the best place to get Sierra Rear Hub Bearings from, and do I need to know if the original hubs came from a car fitted with ABS?

How can you tell if the hubs have come from a car fitted with ABS?

If it's ABS it will have a toothed ring and I don't think there is any difference in bearings

I think the ones with rear discs are different from the ones with drums (I could be wrong though)

any decent motorfactor will have them - but they'll want to know what model of sierra its for

The rear bearing carriers are different, disk brake ones have 2 ears to mount the caliper, toothed ring is on the shaft

This Picture shows rear sierra hubs, the one on top with its toothed ABS ring still in place, the one on the bottom with it removed (as i don't need it and it interferes with my new, none sierra bearing carrier).

I think the bearings are the same however. There's loads available on ebay.

got mine from local motor factors.

Mine are for drum braked hubs. I think the bearing must be different, and the length of the splines on the shafts are way different between disk and drum varieties.

Sorry I haven't got the part numbers, but I just asked for 2.0l sierra 1985, no abs.
