Has anyone used a renault 19 radiator for a 2tlr pinto engine?
I have fitted a renault 19 radiator to my kit car, does anyone know if this radiator will work fine?

Was it a 1.4 Dave? If so I know what you mean. Mine is a little 'marginal' lets say, when it comes to keeping cool. I' ve even
changed the coolant and 'stat and it made no difference.

it was a 1.7 and it was constantly hot....
had it in to main dealer - nothing found...
then had problems with fan switches too, (there are 3 of them hidden in the loom!)
It kept on overheating so I had to fit an override switch to the dash and switch it on manually, It seemed that the radiator must have been really
struggling to keep the heat down because the fan had to be on all the time below 20mph even in winter
the whole car was a bloody nightmare,
gearbox went, cv joints went, ate batteries at a rate of 1 every 6 months (again renault could not find the problem)
and it was only 3 years old
I still have nightmares about bloody renault's!
