Rear Disc Conversion

I'm converting my English axle from durms to discs. I've got myself some new Sierra 2wd rear calipers. From doing searches on here I see the MK 4 Escort disc is a favoured choice but requires the half shaft flange to be turned down so the disc fits over it. Is there a disc that fits over the halfshaft flange without having to reduce it's diameter? Also, whats the best H/Brake cable to use and where's the best place to get bolt on brackets as the ones on fleabay say they are for Fiesta calipers??
Cheers,
Matt

a few years ago i bought some brackets off him, i beleive they were made for english axle conversion (bolt on), but they happenend to fit my retubed atlas (welded) and fit with sierra rear calipers

hi, i used fiesta discs but still needed to turn one or the other parts to get them on,
you will need a spacer the same thickness as the drum backplate to go between the halfshaft bearing plate and the axle,I cut out the relavent piece from some old backplates the sierra calipers are fine I used some granada ones but theyre the same.
I did this conversion on my mk2 escort and used the brake cable from a mk5 rs2000 just had to make a twisted bar to hook the handbrake quadrant to the handbrake and two brackets on the body
also youll need to make or buy the brackets for the calipers I made mine
you will also need longer wheel studs.
