You mean 115mm surely? Assuming its 5 stud then I would guess at being the same as 2005 onwards impreza sti which are 5x114.3

The value you have is not PCD unless is stated in cm.
If it is 4 Lugs and value in cm, closest PCD is 114.3 mm
How many lugs does it has? 4 or 5?
Hope this helps.

Austin Metro as standard was 4" (101.6mm) - I think the 6R4 was also 4"?

Rover Metro as standard was 3 & 3/4" (95.25mm)

ETA both 4 stud

for 4 stud: try tr6 or mgb, and some Japanese.
ps 114 is 4.5inch

edit
give us a photo of the hub unit, someone should recognise it

http://www.carlsalter.com/rover-wheel-fitments.html

If it's a rover hub then 600, 800 or Maestro Van (!) were all 4 x 114.3 ET35
If Austin the Maxi/Allegro fits with 114.3 x 4

114.3mm is 4.5" BTW

4x114.3 is pretty popular in jap stuff, civics and such use it so wheel choice should be pretty broad
