Which 15 '' Road Tyres
I am looking for some tyres for the rebuild on my Westfield, seems that Toyo R1R's are un obtainable ( unless you can advise where I can get 4
195/5/15 from ).
What else do people recommend for road driving that give good all round grip and have the flexibility to suit a 7 type car ?
Thanks
Dave

Very subjective - but recent posts on WSCC point to Nankang NS-2R (note the "R" on the end - NS-2 is different) and Federal 595RSR as
being a couple of reasonably priced R1R alternatives.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure

I think AD08R are approximately the Yokohama equivalent of R1Rs. I had AD08s briefly, they were great on track but were never particularly good after
the first track outing due to (I think) overheating. Probably ideal for road / light track use though.

R1R'S-Tyres
Thanks for all the replies
Ben No R1R's on Ebay !
Plenty of t1r's , would be interested to know the supplier.
Indy 205's are too big , in fact I have a set of 4 205 ( not R1R'S )that I will be getting shut of shortly !
