Anyone advise me on where to go or more importantly where NOT to go

Ian jemison engineering done a few for me. Some are 're drilled where possible, others they've turned up bungs, plug welded them in and
're machined, nicely done

The last set if 4 I had done was 260 quid iirc but they were split rim centres and couldn't be 're drilled 45 deg out, had to be plugged
(16 plugs), welded, machined back and then re drilled so lot of work. Simple re drilling was much cheaper. Id ring them, usually Ben that answers.
They build and rally chevette and Porsches so they won't do anything that won't withstand the rigours of hard use
