Self centering
Is this OK?
Just tested my steering for self ceter, I have adjusted the castor fully, the tyres are at 30lbs. The car will attempt to self center from full lock
but will not return all the way. Is this acceptable or can i do more to help the situation, i dont want to go as far as puttong springs on the
rack.
Will more toe in help?

theres nothing wrong with springs on the rack ?
its perfectly safe
its much more professional than wearing your tyres down turning up with your front wheels pointing out
see how it goes if it tries to return hell be happy

Don't worry - as long as the steering makes a decent effort towards straightening up from full lock you'll be OK.
You'll have to be going at a decent speed to get full self-centering.
