Spline count

I'm looking into possibilities in order to replace the Sierra and Scorpio rear stub axle, bearing, hub and disk brake assy.
I'm planning to use the front hub+bearing assy. of the five stud Focus or Connect Van (the new Volvo S40 is the same I guess) together with the wheelside cv joint & stub at the rear. The rear upright will be fabricated and i'll will use the new generation Ford Focus rear solid disc rotors and calipers on the fwd. hubs.
Now to my question. Do you know the spline count and diameter of the Focus (Connect van) cv joints? It would be great if I could couple the Scorpio Sierra 25 tooh spline driveshafts to the outer (new)Focus or whatever cv's. I tried Escort mk 4 and Fiesta cv's but they're too small diameter and the spline count is not correct.
Thanks
