Book track & wheelbase

Does anyone know off the tops of their heads what the Book track & wheelbase are (escort based Locost 7)?

I promised a mate i'd look it up in the Book last night but forgot. :s

I've done a few searches on here but can't find any hard dimensions, just 442 stuff and steering rack shortening. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Cool, thanks Matt.

You mentioned wheel spacers - i know some people are running them at the rear and claiming a handling benefit. You know more about our crs than most, so does this really offer any advantage?

Oh, and would 150lb/in rear springs be too stiff? My 120's seem a bit, errr, 'squishy', sometimes.
