LHD - which engine?
Hi!
I would like to build LHD with CVH.
I am concerned with possible interference of exhaust and steering (both on the same side if I got it correctly)
Anyone done that? Some picture would be appreciated. (Or picture of RHD - pinto combination)
I'd like to see how exhaust pipes were led.
Pinto would be OK I guess for the above problem, Zetec - same problem as CVH.
Also exhaust would be on the same side as driver. What about the noise?
Any other engine suggestion?

Have a lhd. My former seven had a zetec; no problem. I think you can find pics of various westfields with this configuration. Or look at
www.megasportscars.nl
Or do what I did; a 2.0L 20V audi engine; the engine is tall but is tilted to the right. Result; more room for the intake, less lenght of exhaust
headers in the engine bay (and on the right side) and a better weight distribution when you are driving alone...
