Pipe layouts

I know that SVAman wants P clips or similar to prevent chafing of brake pipes on the chassis, what about the rear axle (Escort MkII) as far as I can see the pipes were clamped with tags on the original axle. What is required for SVA?

Speaking purely from my own experience, I passed SVA with the brake pipes covered with sleeves made from slit fuel hose, then held onto the axle with honking great jubilee clips that I found in B&Q.
