brakes...

just put the fluid in the system and bled each caliper individually, but the brakes are really spongey...ive got wilwoods on the front and sierras on the rear...

if the bleed nipples are at the bottom on the rears you need to remove the calipers place the nipples at the top and re bleed then refit

sierra what disc or drum ?

if its disk I believe you have to lower the top of the calliper as air remains trapped within the calliper a part of the calliper (or was it raise the bottom?) we had this problem on an MK Indy.

might seem obvious but have you checked all the joins for leaks, get wifey involved to pump the brake! extra eyes etc

Virtually guaranteed to be air in the system somewhere. An Eezi bleed system is really worth it.

I had the same problems but after a lot of bleedin bleeding I got them right!

cheers, its sierra discs at the rear, ill try removing the callipers and re bleeding tomorrow!

Just make sure that you put something in between the brake pads before you bleed them, (on mine I can just get them to sit on the disc's up the other way), otherwise the pistons will come out, destroying all your good work, :-( Cheers Ray

As said ezi bleed system is defo worth it and cheap. About £15 iirc





How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

i have the same set up to your, it took me ages to bleed the brakes fully. I did it 3 or 4 times iirc. Do you have seperate M/C's?
