Shock absorber bolts

Hi guys

Just had my gaz coilovers delivered off dampertech- had them fitted with rose joints.

The joints are 1/2". I have plenty of 12mm HT machine bolts to do the job, but I will have to order in 1/2" if the are the only ones to do the job.

What do you use? Is it imperative that I use the imperial or will 12mm do?

Thanks

Shaun

If it's imperial you should use imperial, suspension and brakes need to be perfect, or you'll only regret it for the sake of a £1.50 bolt.

My shocks are GAZ. I rang them, and they put a whole bag of sleeves in the post, to convert from 12mm to 1/2".... Might be worth a try!

When I ordered my Gaz dampers from Dave at Dampertech I told him I wanted to use M12. So he includeded the sleeves without extra charge.

top service.
