hellfire! and anyone who knows about front suspension!
specifically to you hellfire, what rose joints are you using on your front suspension - top wishbone to car links (ie you specially made caster
adjustment) and how does the caster arrangement function on yours, and do you have any close up pictures of the adjustment system and rose joints?
anybody else know of good rose joints to use on the old front wishbones?
thanks al

my car uses 5/8" rod ends, with 1/2" holes for the bolts.
1/2" would be the minimum to use for suspension i'd say

We purchased our rose joints from McGill Motorsports. I've got the order details at work, so I'll dig em out tomorrow and let you know the
specs. Castor is set by spacing the top wishbone within the bracket and can be fine tuned by adjusting the individual rose joint.

Steve/Phil,
Have you spent much time setting the car up yet with the new bones?
Any notable improvements or issues?
Also, have you left the lower bones standard?

Rose joints are M12 ultra high performance.
Nick, the lower bones are standard. TBH, other than trying various castor angles to see what effect it has, we haven't had chance to do much
else. Hopefully if/when the weather picks up we'll be able to get out in it and play around some more.

where did you source the top wishbone from to allow you to use the rose joints and camber compensation set up?
Cheers

Top wishbones are MK Sportscars but we chopped and modified them to incorporate the camber adjuster and rose joints for castor.
