recomend me a handbrake

Im looking for a small flat laying handbrake. By this i mean it doesnt stick up in the wher fully down. (ive got an scrap escort i took one out of but was way to big and would look stupid.

So can anyone recomend a good small cheap handbrake?

Once again I can recommend the handle out of a Rover. 200, 400, 25, 45, maybe a landy... Very compact with the pull mechanism inside the mountings. Nothing hanging out below like the Sierra one.

The XJS one falls flat when its on, use one or copy the mechanism?

i got a rover 200 one as coozer recommended the other week. just got it on ebay today, not sure how flat it lays, but thats the least of my worries with this car
remind me in a few days i'll get some photos of it for you if you want
