Question about car to BEC diffs conversions

Not being really into BEC's, is this conversion of a sierra one into chain drive going to last? Seeing that it is now out in the open without its oil bath...

Is it just assumed that the loading is now so low that wear is not really an issue? and could a sierra LSD survive this?

ta

mango is correct.

Have a look at the oil/grease cans on these conversions

Don't think a dry diff would last very long even in a lightweight car.
