tran-x lsd

hi is any one using a tran-x plate type lsd on an english axle and if so what pre-load / ramp angle settings do you use for a "7" style car thanks.m.

i have spoken to tran x and they have told me what they recomend i was just wondering if anyone on here had any first hand experience.m.
