just thinking now, I wonder if that little stumpy front driverside drive shaft if I got 2 of them (just the shaft and spider) would fit in the rear CV
joint holders and might save me any need to shorten shafts. Looks like it might work unless they were a different size or had to be a machined
matching pair, any ideas?

funily enough, ive been wondering this very question myself! I want to use front shafts in a rear diff.
