the one in the photo doesn't look too far off, but they do also say prop shafts made to order. doesn't give a price for that though

dont do it unless they are useing better materials they used to twist and snap on robin hoods due to to thin tube that they used and yes kitparts direct is robin hood great british sports cars

Yep, make sure the quality is vastly better than previous efforts. A good friend had his prop twist and let go wrecking his car. The tube was very thin and in my opinion not suitable for a propshaft.

I would recommend spending a little extra and buying from a prop manufacturer,Just to be on the safe side

I paid £120 for a new one from a prop manafacturer all new joints as well and made to measure, all I did was tell him gearbox and dif type and the measurement between the diff flange and the gearbox nose

I've just got a custom prop from these peeps http://www.105speed.com/default.asp?id=62 (though their props are made by a 3rd party specialist).

A T5 box to Sierra diff propshaft with uprated UJs to handle big torque was £150 delivered - about £40 cheaper than the other quotes I had. Very happy with quality and service.
