Ubuntu
I've downloaded and installed ubuntu... now it wont boot into Windows, it partitioned a drive - dont know which one. But I get a GRUB Error 2
message.
Anyone?

Honestly couldn't tell you while keeping ubuntu working, I'd throw a windows CD in and do fixmbr etc at the repair console.
Also, I really, really like wubi for ubuntu, makes it almost completely idiot proof

reboot, as it restarts keep pressing ESC, this will enable you to alter the order, you will be looking for vista/longhorn in the drop down - or xp
depending what windows you are running. select using arrows keys and return
To sort this long term you need to edit the menu.lst
