Most motor factors can get hold of them. M16 calipers are still widely used in industry. I got my recon calipers locally for £32 each. I recall a set
of seals were about £11. Both available next day.
Just ask for Caliper seals for a 19?? Cortina. They'll have em listed.

I got mine from LSUK, (used to be Lucas) Part number SP2589 £10 for the pair. Note this does not include the small internal seal between the calliper
halves. Suggest you don't split the unit.
Another good place to look is www.brakesint.co.uk, replacement pistons £6:00
