As low as you can get. Be prepared to part with your cash though.

If all else fails a 3.62 would do....

For an English axle, the lowest you can get is the 3.54 RS2000 axle....

3.62 is probably the best all rounder for the 893, easy to get LSD too.

195/50/15 = EXACTLY 1000rpm per 10mph in top, so top speed is what you want to rev it to10000=100mph, that me being mechanically sympathetic
7000=70 on the motorwasy , but still low enough to spin the wheels whjen you choose

i would go 3.38 mate. that is perfect for the R1. anywhere near 3.14 will be way too high geared imho.i heard a guy say he ran 3.14 on R1 and it did 85 mph in 1st gear.the blade will not be a massive ammount different to R1 i would imagine. 3.14's are for busa's and the like!

Chaps - read the question. He's using an english axle (well done Twybrow)!

In addition, Chris Gamlin's calculator is your friend: Click Me!

What the data says is that a 3.54 will give you 128mph (if you can get there!) and a 3.89 will give you 116mph.

Hope that helps.
