remote oil pressure pipe

hi all
im trying to install a remote oil pressure/sensors

taken the old pressure switch out
screwed the union in its place

now im havving trouble tightening the aeroquipe hose union (cant get a spanner in there to tighten it enough.

its a rrx blade engine 919cc the oil pessure switch sits in a recess at the back of engine and its a royal pain .

has anyone eles had trouble ?

You can get imperial crowfoot spanners that are great for hose fittings in tight spaces. I know snap on do most sizes, but a search on ebay should find you the size you need. What fitting is it?

If your worried about marking the ali fittings wrap them in a bit of tape.

If possible can you post up a couple of photo's of what your doing and also what parts you've used as I need to do this to my 893 blade when the SVA's out of the way.

you sure your trying to fit it to the right place?

mine is at the front of the engine and has plenty of room around it
