Not from a Ford that I recognise. Similar to a Sierra coupling but different. Might?? be from someone like CBS or Rallydesign?

I think It's the coupling from the V6 Sierras. The shaft is originally bonded into the rubber, it's not possible to replace the rubber part separately, and AFAIK these couplings are not available new any longer.

Best option would be to get a sleeve turned up of the correct diameter to weld into the body and onto the shaft, or replace it with the more useful Sapphire type coupling.
