Take the fill plug out and suck the oil out through there.

We used a breaker bar on ours but unfortunately we cracked the diff casing around the plug in doing so and had to get it welded up. The drain plug did
come out but I wouldn't recommend it. Impact wrench may be better.

Weld a nut onto the end of it, the heat will help loosen it and your wrench will have summat decent to grip?

Same for mine so I drilled a small hole next to it and tapped this while the oil was still dribbling out washing the swarf away.
Matching bolt with a bit of sump seal to close.
Manufacturers do not change this oil often if at all, so I do not expect to ever refill mine.

If its not fitted to the car then just remove the back plate .
refill with the correct amount of oil
drain plugs are a nightmare to remove and new owns are difficult to get hold of.
