Been ripped off by forum member - PaulTigerB6

Paul

Nice to see you have reappeared , unlike my £90 refund for the quick rack that never materilised despite your months of excuses and bullsh*t.

I see you have banned my U2Us now.

Has anyone else been ripped off by people on this Forum?

I dont want to post the whole sorry saga on here or publish PaulTigerB6s catalogue of excuses - but maybe it will serve as an awareness warning to others at least?

Advice welcome on how to resolve - especially from you Paul

(to the gentlemen on here - my apologies for airing such dirty laundry in public)

Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience, don't like to hear of problems on this or any mutual help site.
Being ripped off is not a nice experience.
Perhaps PaulTiger could put his side or as he is alledgedly holding funds without delivery of goods refund and regain his good name.
There could be 2 sides to the story so come on Paul what is your story

Perhaps an arbitrator is needed here, someone to read both sides of the story?

I can't volunteer because Richard is a client of mine.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

If both parties were to agree I would quite happily act as an arbitrator.

In my day job I "offer an impartial investigation service" (there words not mine) into allegations of fraudulent activity - not that I am suggesting that has occured here.

I don't know either party nor do I know anything about the situation thus far.

^^That is a good and sensible offer. I have never met either of you but Paul tiger b6 has given me usefull and friendly advise in the past and did not seem to be a cheat - I'm sure this can be resolved.

Thanks Chaps - I would be pleased for any offer of help and the Arbitrator suggestion is ideal.

This has rumbled on for over 6 months and I thought Paul had simply vanished or adopted another identity on here.

For me I just want either my £90 back or the quickrack that was originally advertised on these pages.

Just want this thing resolved - even through a third party as suggested.

As you say, I may not be aware of all the facts Paul's end, but if he wishes to speak, I am all ears and happy to discuss a resolution.

thanks guys
Richard

I'm sure Paul will see this posting or have his attention drawn to it but would you have issue with me drawing it to his attention and making the same offer of arbitration in an effort to get the ball rolling?

Yes please do, that is a kind offer. I dont have any other way of contacting him apart from on here

(or by direct email, which have long since been ignored)

I have all email transcripts on file I can forward onto an Arbitrator as some sort of 'proof' of past dialogues. They do present things in a clear and accurate light ; in my own opinion.

many thanks

Richard

Thankfully, threads like this are rare.

Before this gets out of hand, and flaming ensues which may or may not justified, may I suggest that both parties, dickie b, and PaulTigerB6, take eznfranks very kind offer to arbitrate, and hopefully bring the matter to an agreeable solution.

To help keep the matter unsullied and concise, I am closing the thread.
