Sir Bobby Robson Dies

Just seen of sky sports news that Sir Bobby Robson has lost his battle with cancer and has sadly passed away.

Rest In Peace Bobby, you'll always be remembered!

Bugger... that's just spoiled my day!

I suppose it's a club we'll all join one day, but when it's one of the genuinely good guys / gals that makes the journey then it's a particularly sad day indeed!

Absolute gentleman and a giant of the game... RIP Sir Bobby.

I cant add to what has been said already. A sad day indeed although if he has been suffering then i guess its a good one too in a nice way.

Shame hes not around to see West Auckland thrash Juventus again, i bet he would have loved to see that (as would we all around here - google it if you want to see the relevance ref historic football - its an interesting tale).
