Panhard rod spherical bearing advice

It's time to make my Panhard Rod.
Some questions:
1.what size of rose joint is recommended
2.where can I get a threaded tube insert.
(anyone got a spare bit?)
3.what size of tube is recommended?
Thanks.

i ordered all my rose joints about 2 weeks ago off mcgillmotorsport on ebay. he does all the insterts too.

i got a left handed and a right handed 1/2 rose joint and matching inserts. this means i can back off the lock nuts and just turn the rod to adjust.

as for tube im going for 25mm tube with a 2mm wall. the inserts are 21mm.

i consider 1/2" (or metric equivalent) thread on the rose joint/insert to be the minimum diameter, but i used 5/8" on all my suspension. fit inside 25mm tube with threaded insert welded in very nicely

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

I used m12 as that was the fixing Luego put on the axle. I would have used 1/2" as they are cheeper for the same quality. look on ebay you can get the bearings and the weld in inserts from the same place.
