Atlas rear brakes

My Atlas axle has no rear brakes at the mo, I've picked up a set of backplates cheaply enough, but the internals are going to cost the earth seperately.

I'm aware of the benefits of discs and also there drawbacks, but who is doing the parts to convert the axle? and rougly what are people paying?

i paid £10 for a pair of caliper brackets, £25 for a pair of 2wd cosworth calipers and £15 for a pair of new mk1 fiesta front discs, which are nice a small so not too much breaking. I used a Sierra handbrake cable make the h/brake work properly, then it just took a little bit of tinkering to get everything to fit.
