tyre pressure toyo proxy

hi i have a mg midget with a s2000 engine running 195/50/15 with 24 pound front 28 rear, the front of car 300kg rear 400kg the rear tyres feel like there rolling on the rear.
i've looked at the past topic's on tyres & this looks hard, feels like they need to be harder, is this possable.

If the really are rolling you will see scuffing on the shoulders or even onto the sidewalls, I would have thought that the pressures you have are enough for road use. Have you any pictures?

i have looked at the scufffing it is down the side of the tread aprox 15mm down.

If you're not getting the same level of scuffing on the front tyres then they probably do need a bit more air in them.
