Rear brake mounting plate/slide hammer
I am looking for a pair of rear brake mounting plates from a Ford Capri axle. Been looking for a couple of days and starting to have nightmares. Just
normal standard ones that fasten to the end of the axle and then you mount the brakes to them. The ones I have are a bit ropey, after I'd spent
ages cleaning the damn things, new or second hand just so long as they do the job and the price is right. Also need a slide hammer if anyone has one
going cheap.

Capri Spares as advertised in PPC seem OK. I found them very helpful (got 9" drums ont' back axle).
Just Google 'capri spares' , hoards of them.
Tell them about the bent treacle edges!
