setting up caster
what is the correct way to set up caster. Have wheels on floor with full weight car on them or jacking up the car on the chassis. David

full weight on the floor (unless you plan to drive the car with the wheels off the ground a lot? )

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Set it in the air but measure it on the floor with the suspension settled (I always roll the car back and forward a couple of times before measuring
anything just to eliminate tyre stiction).
I don't think you would have to do it for caster, but it certainly won't hurt.

Either. Just make sure the car is level front to rear unless you're using equipment to compensate for this.
