rotation/direction of Dunlop slicks
ive recently got some Dunlop slicks for my trackday Fiesta but cant understand the orientation details on Dunlop's website. anyone know how they
should be on a front wheel drive?

On your link there is a section [sidewall markings ] clik on this it has a picture of a arrow on a tyre

only thing is slicks dont have the arrow and different orentation between front and rear wheel drive. why dunlop cant do an easy drawing like avon
avon tyre's equivalent

There are more than a few people that (even against advice) run slicks the correct way for half the wear, incorrect way for 1/4 wear and back the
correct way for the last 1/4. Of course these people often have their own tyre change/balance machines!!!
But that also suggests that a LOT of people run them the wrong way round!

ive no idea why, but as avon website says there is a different direction for front and rear wheel drive

My tyres came from the same source as yours did and i was told it did not matter which way they are fitted?
