Brake Fluid Hose 4mm - Res to M/C

Anyone know where I can get some 4mm id fluid resistant hose to go to my Fiat m/c?
The barbs going into the m/c are too narrow to seal with the standard 6mm stuff, and I can't find 4mm anywhere.

I'm currently using some 4mm rubber breather pipe but it is seeping fluid through the walls.

Thanks

Stu

What about using Fiat hoses. See the post from wicket in this thread for part numbers.

Assumed it must be as it's for the smallest Fiat made, but I don't know for sure.
Which Fiat is the master cylinder from?

I think I've found some suitable hose on ebay so will give that a go.
