english axle disk conversion

Has anyone converted an english axle to disks using mondeo calipers? If so are which disks and what shape of plates did you use?

If the mondeo ones are unsuitable, what else is used and again, which disks and are adaptor drawings available?

I used peugeot / citroen rear calipers on my conversion a few years ago.
