Hi all, is there a difference between the escort mk1/2 boots and a cortina rack?

im using a cortina column and mk2 escort rack which fits fine with a extension in.
dont know if that helps but its the best i have :O)

Quite alot actually. The boots are made of rubber wheras the rack is metal
