Front brakes binding
What am I doing wrong? The brakes are free but after some 15 miles the front bind. I have taken out the pistons and polished them. The carrage has
been cleaned and copper grease on the moving parts.
Is it that I have synthetic 5.1 fluid?

Make sure the brake pedal is returning fully and not pushing slightly on the master cylinder. Had this on my Fury and replaced calipers m/cyl etc then
found it only needed a small spring to return pedal fully to cure it. doh!!!

Have you got play in your master cylinder push rod when your foot is off the brake?
If not you'll get binding brakes.

Almost certainly the age old favourite of the master cylinder not fully returning. This blocks off the return port, so as the fluid in the brake
calipers warms up it expands and pushes the piston out instead of returning to the reservoir.
EDIT: I need to type faster
