changing front wheel bearing.
ive just taken the front uprights/hubs of my sierra donor car.
but cannot work out how they come apart to change the bearings (i assume its best to change them).
ive never changed the non drive bearings on a car before.
so any tips on how to do this?

the tin dust cap comes off the back (try to save it)
then there is a big nylock nut - these are handed (i.e. left hand thread on one side, right hand thread on the other) - you should get new nuts with
the bearings
the bearings arn't sealed units so there are 2 inner races, 2 outers and the oil seal to jut in seperatly
and once its reasembled it gets torqued to set the bearing
haynes book has the details
