bec propshaft needed quick

Bailey morris r arsebuiscuits.
I spoke to the guys on the stoneleigh stand and the price quoted was 180 quid..
Go to get it and thats climbed to nearer 300....... Im needing to get mine sorted as a few to many hard starts have not done this shaft any good....
How much did you pay and where did you get it done

You must have a local propshaft place, they can all do them. I found a local place who does fabrication, repairs etc. at very reasonable prices. He also got me a pair of driveshafts machined, supplied CV joints etc.

Bailey Morris tend to put a TRT in theirs but my local guy wasn't keen as he's had bad experiences with the tubes separating.

Propshaft Services built two for my Locost. Had no issues at all with them... very helpful

Autoprop did me proud on my propshaft (car engined though), after BM raised their price and D&F arsed me about AND cost me money with terrible advice I took a gamble on autoprop and thought the guy was great (and quick).

I used autoprop to shorten my prop and was very pleased with the service. He does also do custom props.





How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?
