Pedal box and clutch options

I have been looking at this link
Anyone have any experience or other suggestions.
It has a hydraulic clutch and the normal type 9 gearbox I have is cable. Are there any reasonably priced simple / adaptations.
What have you done? or is it best to stay with the cable?

Same site sells hydraulic clutch mechanisms.

I'm addicted to brake fluid, but I can stop anytime.

Hi,

I made a bracket to fit on the outside of the bellhousing to mount a slave cylinder, made up a push rod and then mounted a master cylinder to the pedal box. It has done 3K + miles with no problems.

I got the Master and Slave cylinder off ebay for £15, if I remember correctly they were new and suitable for a Landrover.

Regards

Bob

If you got an machining facilities available its dead easy to make a concentric hydraulic setup. As below. (Vectra slave clyinder btw)

Failing that and you can throw money at the problem if they'll fit down beside the bell housing you could use an external slave cylinder or by an off the shelf concentric setup.
