Steering linkage help needed ?

Hi Guys,

I'm using a sierra steering linkage and as per book (Haynes) I need to extend it. I am intending use the sleeve method. Anyway I have been on the lookout for a suitable sleeve for ages but cant seem to find anything, there is a serious lack of steel stockholders in my area (Blackwood South Wales) or at least I cant find any suitable.
Could any body point me in the correct direction of the size needed, somewhere I could purchase it or if someone has any I could buy it off them ?

Thanks in advance Dan.

Hi, if you're on about extending the steering shaft which mine was 15mm O.D., I have the perfect stuff to extend it in the garage, pop up and you can have some, I'm in Ponty, or u2u me for a chat, might be able to meet you on the way to work or something. I've shortened my shaft using it, you can have a look if you want.
