rubber suspension bushes (help)

I have used poly bushes since i built the car and going to change to rubber. My trailing arms are 29mm ID is there a bush that i can buy of the shelf, thanks, sorry my centre bolt is10mm.

Caterham have metalastic bushes.
I have changed some on the cat and you need a press otherwise you wont get them in.

I have a load of metalastic bushes that are 27.8 with a 12mm hole?
