Wrong wheel nuts?

During my recent IVA test, the tester advised me that the wheelnuts I was using, whilst secure, were incorrect for the alloys I have fitted. They have integral captive cup washers which can still be turned even though the nuts are tight. On closer inspection, the seat in the alloys is almost flat, with a bevel in the centre only - it is this bevel that the nuts are tight against. Anyone any ideas what I need to order to replace them? -

I will go and take a couple of photos to better illustrate the problem.....

They look as if they should have sleeve type nuts with a parallel spigot and a flat washer, there a various sizes available so you would need to measure the bore of the wheel around the stud. Those nuts are the ford alloy wheel type.
