Granada type 9

OK I have been asked to try and set up a speedo based around the granada type 9 box which has a different tail shaft and an electronic pick up for the speedo.( or so I am told)
I wondered if it would mate to one of rally designs electronic speedo units and if so is there any way of setting it up to whichever final drive ratio is chosen ( i.e. is it calibrateable and is that even a word).

I have not even seen the setup yet so I don't know what it looks like I am only going on what has been said to me by others.

thanks in advance

If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

All the aftermarket electronic speedo's that i've seen can be calibrated to suit the number pulses/mile. It takes me about 30 seconds to change mine when i've swapped cwp ratio's and obviously they can easily be calibrated correct/accurate unlike most cable drive speedo's.

are the rally design ones made by CAI ? (I think they are but I could be wrong)

if so they'll have the same adjustment as the modern smiths ones etc...
