i need 4 cir clip for sierra driveshaft

Evening all
I need 4 new cir clips for my Sierra bolt on drive shafts can anybody help please

if not I got some new ones from ford a couple of years back for a few £

Thanks for the reply mcerd1.
I tried my local ford dealers and they say that they are now obsolete and can not track any down.
do you now the name of the Ford dealers they you bought them from? I will give them a call and see if they can post them to me.

I got them as a group buy with one of the other dax owners, he ordered them along with the lock washers from one of the dealers in manchester...

they had a minimum number he had to take as a special order but thats all I know

I couldn't find any, so I've used two normal ones to get the required thickness. Dunno how well that'll work, but they can't physically pull out anyway, so I don't see there'll be any great load on them.
(He says, hopefully.)

If somebody can measure them (my ones are soaking in a cleaning bath jar) I'll check whether we've got any ones at work that are the same size. I'll then be able to give you a Land Rover, Jag (or at least a modern Ford) part number.

Didn't realise they were difficult to get, I was about to chuck mine out two days ago when stripping the driveshafts!!! :O
