Provided they have the correct radiused bottom edge and padded surface with dials counter sunk I don't see a problem.

Or am I missing something

Cheers

as viper says, its just the radius rule applied to the inside, excluding the exempt area behind the wheel. The lower radius must be 5mm and soft (ie no edge feelable) or 19mm and hard. provided the guages are rounded off, or exempt, they are ok.

I didn't think the dials could extend beyond the surface as this made them a projectile?

My mistake.

Cheers
