sierra steering column
need to sort out changing from my old unknown column but have a couple of questions.
the sierra one i have, the bottom triangular piece has come out and i can't get it to locate back in properly. will it be ok to just weld it up?
not bothered about it being collapsible as the UJ angle sees to that.
normally the steering wheel/boss would tighten down onto the outer column but as i will be getting my quick release welded onto the column i'm
not sure how i will load up the spring and bearings.
how has anyone got round this?
