Rear Brake Disc Sierra Conversion

When doing a sierra rear drum brake conversion to disc brakes, what brake disc is used, I believe it is 240mm solid fiesta/escort front brake disc, is this right?

These any good?
Eicher Front Brake Disc for Ford Orion, Fiesta, Escort

Does the hub beneath the drum need machining to reduce the diameter to fit inside the fiesta/escort disc?

Thanks
David

I used a standard Sierra disc with Sierra calipers, hub needs turning down to fit within bell to 134mm.

I'm about to remove my sierra front brakes to fit my wilwoods.

Would my current sierra setup fit on the rear? discs are vented, seems a shame not to use them on the back if they will fit.
