Torque settings from bolt sizes
I've seen a few posts mentioning torque spreadsheets for tightening bolts based on the bolt size and type. But doing a search isn't
bringing anything back apart from a few references to Haynes manuals for the donors. Does anyone have an up to date link (or spreadsheet) for torque
settings?
And lastly, can I also confirm that it doesn't matter whether the nut is nyloc or not, it's still tightened to the same torque?
Thanks

Awesome, thanks! Is it ok to use the maximum torque value, or is it better to stay below it, say 90%?

I think it would be wise to reduce the figures by the 10% as you suggest.

A lock nut will make a difference as it will increase the friction "felt" by the torque wrench

Thanks for the pointer. Any thoughts on what I should aim for?
