Shock re- build ?

Tinkering with the car today I realised I've had these protech shocks for 10 years as they came with my Mk chassis that is being used for something else . My shock angles are pretty similar to those on a seven but I'm running 450lb springs front and rear .
I'm wondering wether they need a rebuild to suit the stiffer springs although they feel ok and haven't leaked and the adjuster works on all of them .

Matt at Procomp is probably the best guy to ask about that.
If necessary he'll re-build and alter the damping to suit your particular application.
Whilst you're at it his set-up service is second to none and doesn't cost a fortune - well worth it in my experience.
